There are two Burgerhain websites, and this policy covers one of them. burgerhain.co.uk, the site you are on, is a brochure. There is nothing to sign up for and nothing to fill in. order.burgerhain.co.uk is where you actually order, and it has its own fuller policy, linked below.
Nothing. There are no forms, no accounts and no analytics or tracking scripts on this site, and it sets no cookies of its own.
One thing happens in the background, and one thing only happens if you ask it to:
Links to the App Store, Google Play, Facebook, Instagram and our ordering service only send data to those companies if you choose to click them.
This policy covers burgerhain.co.uk only. Our ordering service is a different website on a different address, order.burgerhain.co.uk , built and hosted for us on the OrderTiger platform. Pressing any “Order Now” button takes you there.
That is where everything personal actually happens: your account, your name and contact details, delivery address, order history and payment. None of it is collected by, or passes through, the site you are reading now. It is governed by the privacy policy for order.burgerhain.co.uk, which sets out how Burgerhain and the platform provider each handle your data and covers cookies, retention, international transfers and your rights in full.
We link to it rather than reprint it here on purpose. A copied legal document goes out of date the moment the original is revised, and you would then be reading the wrong one. There is only ever one current version, and it lives with the service it describes.
You can ask for access to, correction of, or deletion of any personal data we hold, and you can object to how it is used. Call us on 07494 815 049 or write to the address below. If you are not satisfied with our response you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.
